Biography

Born in Newton, Massachusetts, Stolle received a B.A. and an M.A. from Framingham State College, Massachusetts, and an M.A. from the Massachusetts College of Art, Boston. Her work has been featured in many group exhibitions and she has had numerous solo exhibitions at the Dolby Chadwick Gallery in San Francisco. Her work is in the permanent collections of the Minneapolis Institute of Art and the Crocker Museum of Art, Sacramento, California.

This would be the first work by Stolle to enter SJMA’s collection.
